Fair Dinkum Builds Named Finalist in Prestigious National Franchise Awards

Fair Dinkum Builds has been named a finalist in the 2026 Franchise Council of Australia Franchise Industry Awards (FIAs), marking a significant milestone for the network.

Our own Head of Marketing, Elizabeth Eftimovski, was nominated for the Franchise Marketing Manager of the Year award! As Head of Marketing, Elizabeth is responsible for our Strategic, Corporate Communications, Franchise Marketing and Brand Growth.

The national awards ceremony will bring together franchise leaders, industry stakeholders, and finalists from across the country to celebrate excellence and innovation within the sector.

This is the first time Fair Dinkum Builds has been nominated in the awards, so to be recognised as a finalist is a major achievement. The FIAs are among the most respected in the Australian franchising calendar, attracting entries from leading franchise organisations across multiple industries. Finalists are selected from a range of areas including business performance, franchisee support, brand strength, and community impact.

The awards nomination comes at a time of ongoing growth for Fair Dinkum Builds as a brand, with over 120 franchisees across the country servicing the needs of customers.

The winners of the 2026 Franchise Council of Australia Awards will be announced at a gala event in Brisbane on Wednesday, June 17.
