"The Works" is a stunning, muti-functional space designed to blend lifestyle and business under one roof, for one couple's ultimate dream setup. Perched on a hill to capture magnificent water views, this impressive 40m x 12m x 4.2m structure allowed the Fair Dinkum Builds team to showcase the very best in customisation, combining living, working and leisure zones in one cohesive design.

The project incorporates a fully compliant one bedroom ancillary, enormous four bay shed, expansive carport and hot house - all thoughtfully integrated under a striking monopitch roof with overhanging eaves. The exterior is both practical and stylish, featuring roller doors with glass windows above, flooding the interior with natural light. Inside, the shed has space for all the work vehicles (and a boat), a gym and home office plus bathroom. Adjacent, a generous carport houses the family caravan, tractor and trailer and beyond, a carport structure has been cleverly transformed with wire netting to double as a thriving hot house.
