Deep Ocean is a dark blue colour with a grey base, making it a cool-toned dream for people who want a darker colour without the strength of charcoal grey. The coolness of the Deep Ocean contrasts with the warm Evening Haze undertone to create a gentle juxtaposition that'll look amazing.
