When this family approached Fair Dinkum Builds, their brief was straight forward – build a storage shed for the tools, plus a separate covered entertainment zone where the family could gather. The result is a practical and attractive backyard transformation.

Working with a narrow area between the side boundary and swimming pool, the team designed and built a custom storage shed that maximises every available metre. Purpose-built shelving provides organised storage helping keep the backyard clutter-free, plus an insulated roof to help reduce heat.

Designed to suit the North Queensland climate, the spacious entertainment patio was designed for family gatherings, weekend barbecues and relaxing by the pool. Today, the patio comfortably accommodates a pool table, barbecue, and outdoor furniture, providing the family with the ideal space to connect, entertain and enjoy their outdoor lifestyle.
